- Management skin-in-the-game — Do insiders own meaningful shares purchased at market?
- Project geology quality — What resource classification? What grade and scale?
- Capital structure health — Share count, warrant overhang, cash runway.
- Catalyst proximity — How close is the next material news event?
- Comparable acquisition value — What does the P/NAV look like vs. peer acquisitions?
